These insights uncovered various changes that needed to be made to avoid high attrition rates, such as improving their training program and strengthening perceptions in leadership. Additionally, the recruitment strategy required the tech company to improve perceived industry reputation and tout challenging work assignments to be more competitive with other Silicon Valley companies.
